The Glory-torium is now open in the basement of this blog, check your cynicism at the door. Knock three times and give the doorman the secret words, "Christmas in July".

Do you want us making new postings or commenting?

I think one of those features should be disabled.

Actually i change my mind. There are other places to talk Knicks. This might be a good off-topic forum. So postings with their own comments makes sense. Like this one ;)

Yeah, there's a subtle but important difference with blogs in that a post can include embedded content - a picture or video or whatever and a comment can't.

I think where most other threaded forums fail is that they are obscenely commercialized and the quality of content festers.

With a blog, again, there is a subtle difference. A series of posts can be the dialogue OR a post can standalone accompanied by comments that are complementary to the post but don't add to the dialogue.

I think this is something new and I actually think it is TWGF 2.0 in that we've never had the opportunity to enjoy content as rich as is offered here.

We'll see.

Something I'm noticing right off the bat is that I find myself spending a lot of time clicking through to some very interesting stories even though not much is being posted. In the NYT, I'd have to troll about ten other places to find something.

Now if emann gets a site up he's welcome to cannibalize whatever's here and we can swap out but right now this is painless, free, and pretty cool. Did you check out Theng's blog? Check it out.

Ye Newe Glory-torium

Here, dear readers, is the final resting place of all weary Knicks fans. Yes, here is where one comes when James Dolan extends yet another contract, when the Knicks trade for yet another ambulatory star, or when said fan simply hits 'rock' bottom. In short, "the ship be" eternally "sinking" here. Welcome aboard, rearrange the deck chairs as you please.
